Brad DeKraai

Brad DeKraai is a 22-year industry veteran with highly successful stints in all phases of the collection industry; including training, quality control, operations, compliance and sales. He has worked for such companies as Nationwide and National Credit as both a collector and a Unit Manager. He left National Credit in 2000 for another large management company. Brad worked there as a Director of Operations for 6 years until 2006. In 2007, Brad became the General Manager of Heartland Credit Management. At Heartland, Brad oversaw all aspects of the collection agency.  In October of 2007, Brad left Heartland, where he started National Recovery Services in Ottawa, Kansas.

Mike Powell

Mike Powell is an 8-year industry veteran and most recently a Director of Operations in Kansas City. His primary duties were managing and developing new collectors along with overseeing the day to day operations of the collection agency. His responsibilities were to transform the collection agency in the changing market place by using new decision making collection technology and innovation process improvements. His development of new collection strategies help make them the top collection agency in his market.

Chief Compliance Officer
Charles Cramer

Chuck Cramer is a 10-year veteran to the collection industry. Chuck made his start gaining experience as a collector. In four years, he worked his way up from a collector to the Unit Manager of for his company’s largest Bankcard client. Soon after, he became the training manager for one of their local offices. Prior to NRS, he was the Director of Strategic Technology at Heartland Credit Management. His responsibilities included overseeing all technical aspects of the collection process as well as finding new ways to improve the process.
