• National Recovery Services is located in Ottawa Kansas, a suburb of the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. While we are located in a small town, we strive to provide the quality and service of a big city agency.
   
• Our management team has a combined 40-years of collection experience. Our collection representatives have an average of at least three years collection experience.
   
• We feel small town values combined with big city experience allows us to provide a high quality service to our clients as well as to people that have outstanding debt. It’s those values that differentiate us from other agencies.
   
• At National Recovery Services, we understand the issues faced by both debtor and creditor. To that end, we give each account the one-on-one personal attention it deserves ensuring that every possible option is explored to help consumers resolve their debt obligations. This process works as we also strive to furnish the mandatory recovery coverage to our clients. 
   
• We realize that people who have debt problems carry a huge burden and we believe that everyone deserves a second chance. Thus, our company logo is the mythological phoenix bird.
   
• We believe by helping our consumers get out from underneath the heavy burden of debt we are allowing them to rise from the ashes like the phoenix. They can resume a normal life without the stress and pressures that come from having accounts in collections.
